Once upon a time there was a Swedish handset manufacturer called
Ericsson and there was a large Japanese electronics brand called Sony,
and then in 2001 they decided they came together and formed Sony
Ericsson with a 50/50 share each.
In 2009, Sony Ericsson is the fourth largest mobile phone manufacturer
in the world, and has produced a series of popular handsets in its
Walkman (for music) and Cyber-shot (for photography) ranges. |
